After launching Patient Search page you can see a table presenting all the registered patients sorted by the field Registration Date, as shown in Figure 3.2.

To view the health data of a patient appearing in the table click on the View button next to the patient table entry (under the column Actions) and you will be redirected to the Patient Profile screen of this patient.

Sort the registered patients

You can sort the table with the registered patients by the following patient's fields:

  • National ID
  • Name
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth.

To do so, just click on the title of the respective column that you wish to use as the sorting criterion.

Example: When you click on the title of the column Surname (Figure 3.3) you will see that the list of the registered patients is re-ordered after the alphabetical sorting on the patients' surnames (Figure 3.4 on the left slideshow).

To view the health data of a patient appearing in the table click on the View button next to the patient table entry (under the column Actions) and you will be redirected to the Patient Profile screen of this patient.

Filter patients

You can filter the table with the registered patients by the following patient's fields (indicated by red arrows in Figure 3.3.):

  • National ID
  • Name
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth.

To do so, click on the icon Filter icon under the column title that you wish to use as the filtering criterion. A modal window opens where you can select from a drop-down list the filtering type (Figure 3.5) and the text (Figure 3.7) that you want to apply the filter on. To execute the filtering click on the icon Tick icon. A new list of patients satisfying the filtering criterion you applied is now presented in this screen.

Example: Figures 3.5-3.7 on the left slideshow present the filtering applied on the Surname field. The requested filtering is to see only the patients whose Surname Starts with text P. More than one fields can be used to apply filtering by repeating the filtering steps described above for the desired fields.

To remove filtering delete the text in the textbox of the respective column and press Enter keyboard button. Alternatively, you can click on the icon Filter icon under the desired column and press X icon.

Search for a specific patient

You can search for a specific patient by using his/her National ID in the textbox under the respective column and pressing Enter (on your keyboard). The patient with the particular National ID will be presented in the table (if he/she was registered in the platform). In case you don't know the patient's National ID, complete, as many as you can, from the rest columns' textboxes (Name, Surname, Date of Birth). If the message No data found appears then no patient with the particular field values is registered in the platform.

Example: If you search for a patient named Katerina Petrou with date of birth 29/10/1950 you have to complete these values to the corresponding textboxes as shown in Figure 3.8. Press Enter (on your keyboard) and then you will see all patients named Katerina Petrou born on 29/10/1950.
