To register a new patient, press the button on the top-right side of the, screen encircled in Fig. 2.1. When this button is pressed, a new window, appears, as shown in Fig. 2.2.
To register a patient, the following fields have to be entered (Figure 1):
- Personal Data (I suggest to add this heading)
- - First Name
- - Last Name
- - Date of Birth
- - Country of Origin
- - Gender (Male or Female)
- - Date of Illness Onset (I suggest to do it “Onset Date of Illness”)
- - Document ID
- - Document Type
- - Weight (Kg) (do we need decimals?)
- Patient Address Information
- - Address
- - Town
- - Region
- - Zip Code
- - Telephone
- Hospital Information
- - Room Number
- - Bed Number
- - Registry Day
Note: In the Section "Personal Data" there is an entry for the weight of the patient that is considered important. Also note that there is a Section for the hospital information to report the room and bed numbers and the import date for better management of the inhospitalization processes.
Once the "Save" button is pressed, a new patient is registered into the Cyprus COVID19 registry database.
