Register Patient

You can register a new patient while you are in the Patient page (More information about how you can move to the Patient page can be found here). To proceed to a new patient's registration click on the button which is on the top right corner of the screen. A new window appears where you can entry the new patient's necessary data for his/her registration.

To register a new patient, the following fields have to be entered (Fig. 2.2):

  • Document Type
  • Identification Number
  • National Document Country of Issue
  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • Weight (Kg)
  • Gender (Male / Female / Other)
• Medical Case Information
  • Outcome
  • Date of Illness Onset

• Patient Address Information
  • Street Name
  • Number
  • Apartment
  • Town
  • District
  • Postal Code
  • Email
  • Telephone

• Hospital Admittance Information
  • Hospital
  • Ward
  • Floor
  • Room Number
  • Bed Number
  • Registration Date

Note: In the Section "Personal Data" there is an entry for the weight of the patient that is considered important. Also note that there is a Section for the hospital information to report the room and bed numbers and the import date for better management of the inhospitalization processes.

Once the "Save" button is pressed, a new patient is registered into the Cyprus COVID19 registry database.
