The Platform

The Covid-19 CY Impatient Monitoring Platform is designed for monitoring and managing patients with Covid-19 in hospitals.

The WIKI

The purpose of this wiki is to help you understand:

• the functionality of the platform
• the nature and the meaning of the parameters describing the patient's health

The Login page explains how to login to the platform.

The Register a Covid-19 Patient page presents the functionality of registering a new patient to the platform.

The Search for a Patient page describes the ways you can search and find a patient in the platform.

The Patient Profile page gives directions on how to navigate, read and edit the a patient's health data presented in the Patient Profile screen of the platform. 

The Patient Profile screen of the platform contains all the information describing a patient's health status. Since this information can be considered the heart of this platform, extra links are given in the sidebar menu to facilitate easy access to important information (appearing in the Patient Profile screen). These links are:
 * How to Navigate where you can find directions on how to navigate in the Patient Profile screen of the platform.
 * Demographics and Severity Assessment which drives you to the section presenting the patient's demographics, room information and Covid-19 Severity Assessment Factors of the patient.
 * Patient Summary where you can see the description of Patient Profile section displaying a set of health indicators which are regarded important for a Covid-19 patient. 
 * Medical Charts where you can see what information is presented in the graphs of the Patient Profile screen.

In Covid-19 Severity page you can learn about the parameters and their corresponding values used to categorize the severity levels of the COVID-19 patients.

In Clinical and Lab Monitoring page you can read about recommendations on how to monitor clinical and laboratory parameters for secondary haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis in COVID cases .

The Terminology page includes the definitions of the parameters used to describe a patient's health in the platform.
