Register a Covid-19 Patient	page depicts the functionality of registering a new patient to the platform.
Search for a Patient	page describes the ways you can search and find a patient in the platform.
Patient Profile	page gives directions on how to navigate, read and edit the a patient's health data presented in the Patient Profile screen of the platform. The Patient Profile screen of the platform contains all the information describing a patient's health status. Since this information can be considered the heart of this platform, extra links are given in the sidebar menu to facilitate easy access to important information (appearing in the Patient Profile screen). Demographics and Severity Assessment at the header of the Patient Profile section including patient's demographics and Covid-19 Severity Assessment Factors. Patient Summary displays a set of important health indicators describing the patient's current clinical status.
