(Patient Profile) How to Navigate
This is the Patient Profile page that you see when you click on the View button next to a patient record in the Patients page. Here, you can see, add or update the health data of the selected patient.
The Patient Profile screen is divided in three sections:
(A) Patient's Demographics and Covid-19 Severity Assessment - (the Header of the screen as shown in Figure 1).
(B) Patient Summary and Charts - (Main Body of the screen as shown in Figure 1) .
(C) Patient's Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Footer of the screen as shown in Figure 1). The Patient's EHR consists of six main categories, organized in a tab menu, as follows:
Click on a section's name (above) and you will be redirected to the wiki page with the description and the presentation of the particular section.
